Expanded partnership with the Polish Tourism Organisation
The development team of The ETraining Company, in cooperation with the Polish Tourism Organisation, has developed two new informative e-learning modules on five Polish cities: Warsaw, Kraków, Gdańsk, Wrocław and Poznań. The modules are now available on the e-learning platform etraveltraining.eu and accessible to all travel agency chains, reservation staff at tour operators and tourism schools in the Netherlands and Belgium. With these new trainings, the partnership between the Polish Tourism Organisation and The ETraining Company is being further expanded.

Up to speed in half an hour
Poland is increasingly popular with Dutch and Belgian travellers as a city-break destination: close by, easy to reach and attractively priced. In just half an hour per module, participants are brought up to speed on what these five cities have to offer:
Warsaw: the dynamic capital, where history meets modern architecture
Kraków: the atmospheric former royal capital with one of Europe’s largest medieval market squares
Gdańsk: the Hanseatic city on the Baltic Sea with colourful façades and a rich maritime history
Wrocław: the lively city of bridges, islands and its famous little dwarfs
Poznań: the convivial student city with an enchanting old market square
Knowledge that sells
The modules are built from a target-group perspective and, alongside the highlights, include insider tips, current developments, photos, videos and interactive practice questions. This gives travel agents and students practical tools to advise on Polish cities with confidence: which city suits which customer, when is the best time to travel, and which tips make the difference?
Win a city break
Each module ends with a test. Participants who take the test have a chance to win a fully arranged city break to Warsaw or Wrocław. Throughout the year, The eTraining Company will run various promotions to bring the modules to the attention of travel professionals.
“Poland has so much more to offer than many people realise. Thanks to this expanded partnership with The ETraining Company, travel agents and students can now discover the diversity of our cities for themselves and pass it on to their customers,” says Magdalena Stoch, counterpart and project manager at the Polish Tourism Organisation.
