The ETraining Company introduces a redesigned final assessment system for greater focus, variety, and engagement.

The ETraining Company implemented a significant update to the final assessments in its e-learning modules earlier this month. This update combines technical improvements with a stronger instructional approach, enabling users to assess their knowledge more effectively and with greater focus.

The technology behind The ETraining Company is continuously improved and expanded based on goals set at the beginning of each year. These are more complex improvement initiatives that we implement system-wide at no additional cost, in order to further optimize the user-friendliness, effectiveness, and flexibility of our e-learning technology. In addition, numerous enhancements are introduced each year based on customization and, best practice examples, valuable ideas contributed by partners and clients who actively use the system.

Feature released

Whereas test questions were previously displayed one below the other in a single overview, users now see one question per page. After each question, you click through to the next one. This layout promotes a calmer, more focused experience while taking the test.

In addition, a time limit has been added: participants are given 1 minute per question. That may sound short, but in practice it proves to be more than enough. The time limit helps users stay focused and prevents tests from remaining open unnecessarily long. If the test is not completed within the time limit, it will automatically close without a score. We therefore recommend determining in advance whether there is enough time to complete the test in full.
