Successful launch of KLM “Knowledge Boost 2025” e-learning module'

In early November 2025, airline KLM, in collaboration with the development team at ETC, launched the new and highly successful e-learning module “KLM Knowledge Boost 2025.” The purpose of the training is to update Dutch & Belgium travel professionals on KLM’s products, highlight key innovations, and introduce new destinations. Within the first two weeks, more than 500 travel professionals successfully completed the module. The training will remain available for at least another ten months. KLM intends to release an informative “Knowledge Boost” module each year.

The new e-learning module is available to leisure travel agents via the platform etraveltraining.eu, as well as to tour operators and corporate travel agents through the KLM e-learning portal klmtravel.experttraining.eu.

In the module, participants receive an update on KLM’s travel classes, fare options, and newest destinations, and they are provided with practical support tools. The knowledge gained not only enhances their expertise but also ensures they are fully up to date.
