SPB BENELUX is a subsidiary of the SPB Group, European leader in "affinity" insurance and services for major brands. SPB Benelux specializes in the development and management of guarantees and warranty extensions for various goods, such as brown and white goods, mobile products, cars and green energy.
In order to educate and train its own employees on customer contact, an in-house learning portal of The ETraining Company was chosen. In addition, more portals are planned for SPB partners in 2022. It is thus investing in knowledge enhancement.
