To increase knowledge about KLM in general and its NDC system specifically, KLM has been working with a branded e-learning portal from ETC for two years now. Based on learning technology from The ETraining Company, valuable knowledge modules are offered to leisure travel agencies, tour operators, and business travel agents. The contract between ETC and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines was renewed in early June 2025.

New Distribution Capability
IATA launched an initiative to innovate airline ticket sales by working with offers and orders. Agents enter a customer's request, and the airline then makes an offer. If the offer is accepted, it becomes an order. This replaces the blue screen with complicated entries. In its NDC training, KLM explains how this works and why it enables them to offer more and better products to travel organizations and corporate clients.
New module online in October
KLM is one of the oldest airlines still operating under its original name. The airline strives to be a customer-focused, innovative, and efficient airline with reliable operations and customer-focused products and services. Furthermore, KLM has set itself the goal of playing a leading role in creating a more sustainable future for aviation. In the new training course, currently in production and scheduled for release at the end of October, users will learn more about KLM's offerings and how the airline aims to differentiate itself.
