Lufthansa Group chooses the ETC online training program.

On October 21, a completely new e-learning module on the Lufthansa Group was launched on the tourism e-learning portal of ETC, www.etraveltraining.eu. The new online training has been uploaded to the e-learning systems of all affiliated travel agency chains, including all ZRA companies. Additionally, the module will be available from January 1, 2025, in the ETC learning portals of all affiliated tourism programs.


In this new informative module, Lufthansa highlights the unique selling points (USPs) of all the affiliated airlines, such as Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, and Brussels Airlines, as well as those of its regional carriers.

Sustainability Plans

In this module, all airlines belonging to the group are discussed. Additionally, travel professionals are updated on future and sustainability plans, as well as the opportunities provided by the extensive network of the Lufthansa Group. Travel agents who successfully complete the module will have the chance to enter a draw for discount vouchers, an exclusive Lufthansa Limited Edition carry-on trolley, a beach bag from Discover Airlines, or a Sigg Bottle from Austrian Airlines.

During the training, interactive quiz questions engage participants effectively in the learning process.
